Massica Bentahar will give a talk on the legal issues involved in street photography. Specifically, she will elaborate on the -often misunderstood – principle of the “right to one’s image”. What does the law say on the topic? And how about rulings on the topic? To what extent is the right to free expression of the arts protected nowadays? These questions will be discussed based on concrete examples.

The participants who wish to do so will be able to submit some photographs -personal or not- of their choice to be discussed together on the day of the workshop.
